Private Yoga Lessons

Exhale offers customized one-on-one or small group lessons to help you work towards your specific goals. Each lesson incorporates physical postures, breathwork, assisted stretches and Thai massage techniques. Your immediate benefits will include release of tension and stress, mental clarity, and feeling stronger and more balanced. With time, you will notice a strengthened connection to your body and mind, making it easier for you to make decisions that align to goals in various areas of your life. You may find yourself adopting a morning stretching ritual, learning how to eat only when hungry, or taking an extra moment before reacting mindfully in stressful situations. Our goal is for you to build an understanding of how to use yoga as a powerful tool that brings you long-lasting physical, mental and emotional well being, both on and off your mat.

Beginner Yoga Program

You've been hearing for years how yoga can change people's bodies, minds and lives. Whether you've tried yoga a few times and loved the after effects, or you're considering trying it for the first time, our beginner program is a six-lesson series that's customized to your body and goals, and can be taken as private one-on-one or small group lessons. Our goal is to teach you how to use yoga as a tool to help you work towards your personal health goals, whether they are to reduce stress, pain, or tension; to lose weight; or increase strength or flexibility. Beyond the physical, you will begin to experience how the mental and emotional benefits of yoga last well after your time on the mat. We know that learning a new skill can be intimidating, exciting and rewarding all at once–after all, we were once beginners, too. We aim to inspire you to keep going and feel that it's worth it. 


Yoga sessions take place either at your home or at our private studio near Queen and Ossington.
